1 player mode:
Arrow key up = high attack
Arrow key down = low attack
Arrow key right = mid attack
Ctrl+arrow key up = jump
Ctrl+arrow key right = mid block
Ctrl+arrow key down = duck
Spacebar = special attack
2 players mode:
Player 1:
D = high attack
C = mid attack
X = low attack
Ctrl+D = jump
Ctrl+C = mid block
Ctrl+X = duck
Z = special attack
Player 2:
Arrow key up = high attack
