Breakfast is labeled as the most important meal of the day, but there are a lot of cereals to choose from. Look at all these different choices you have to make. Holy SHIT. Let's first take a look at the classic Lucky Charms, which is chuck full of marshmallow-y goodness. In fact, I remember when they added the purple horseshoes to the mix back in 1984 to finally complete the rainbow of colors. For a kid like me, this was a really big deal. But if you open any box of Lucky Charms today, the shapes you end up finding are even anything close to the ones I remember. What the HELL? And who could forget that catchy jingle? Pink hearts, orange stars, yellow moons, green clovers, blue diamonds, and purple horseshoes. But where the hell are they now? Instead, I've got to settle for marshmallows in the shapes of rainbows, pots of gold, and FUCKING hats. And after doing a little research it turns out that after every few years General Mills decides to introduce a new shape only to eliminate another. This really screwed things up and now the only original shape left is the pink heart. I mean, come on. Can't we at least go back to the original six original shapes? How frickin cool would that be? Well, I'm not gonna hold my breath over it, because I'd have better luck catching that damn leprechaun. Face it: breakfast is ruined.
